Applications:

Lawns: Established lawn, apply 40-50lbs per 1000 sqft. Water in well, annual applications recommended.

New lawn with heavy clay: apply 300lbs per 1000 sqft. Water in well, followed by annual applications.

Vegetables Garden & Flower Beds: To prepare new gardens, apply 10-15lbs per 100 sqft. by evenly distributing over the soil surface by hand or spreader. Till into the top 6-8” of soil to improve nutrient content. Annual applications recommended.

Flower beds: apply 3-5lbs per 100 sqft. by evenly distributing over soil by hand or spreader. Annual application recommended.

Trees, Shrubs & Evergreens: Spread 1lb per 1” of trunk diameter around the base outwards to the drip line and water in well. Annual applications recommended.

For best results, a soil test is recommended to determine your actual nutrient requirements. These are recommended rates base on the average consumer.
